Tara Susman-Peña holds a BA in religious studies from Yale University and an MA in Cultural Anthropology from Columbia University. She is a Senior Technical Expert at IREX, an international development and education nonprofit, and has expertise in building resilience to disinformation and analyzing information ecosystems. For more than a decade, she has worked to support independent media and access to information in over a dozen countries. She previously taught in the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs.
