My name is Sanjana! I was drawn to University Honors because of how it provides a smaller community within this large university. I joined UHSB to give back to the program that allowed me to take classes that truly broadened my perspective of the world and led me to meet some of my closest friends. I wanted to help ensure the success of the program, so that it can continue to give students the same (and even better) amazing opportunities it provided me. Within my role in UH, I am looking forward to sharing my UH experiences and ideas for improving the program with my fellow board members, as well as listening to others’ ideas and experiences. I want these conversations to result in a plan for implementing beneficial change in the program.

one of my favorite things to do is go outside, especially when the weather is nice. I love going places like beaches, lakes, and waterfalls, as well as just taking walks outside.
