As Program Manager, Kat Rothman is responsible for the program’s financial transactions and budget processes; management of personnel actions, hiring, contracts, and onboarding; oversight of the operations of the central office and facilities in the University Honors Commons; and administrative support for UH staff and faculty. Previously, Kat worked as a Production Coordinator at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center. Before coming to UMD, she worked as an Assistant Production Manager for the Dance Department of the Five College Consortium in Amherst, MA. And she continues to freelance as a Production Manager and Stage Manager, including most recently for a dance production entitled Good Grief at the Kennedy Center. Kat received her BA from Dickinson College.
