My name is Grace! I was immediately interested in University Honors because of its wide variety of curriculum and the opportunity to explore passions outside of my major. Being a student in UH has transformed my college experience from the friends I have to my relationships with faculty and staff. I knew that I wanted to have a leadership position within UH to help shape a program that has defined my time at UMD and connect with other UH staff and students. As a member of the Membership and Programming committee, I look forward to planning events where members of the University Honors Student Board can bond with each other and network with faculty. I am also excited about working closely with UH staff to curate University Honor’s website and social media.
