University Honors Awards

Join us in celebrating the work and spirit of our University Honors community!

In addition to the awards above, we will also present the following commendations at the Spring UH Honors & SendOff celebration:

All award recipients are selected by a representative committee of faculty, staff, and students. 

Each nomination requires a statement of support.

A good statement will:

  • be thorough and take up to 150 words;
  • include an introduction to your nominee;
  • provide concrete examples demonstrating how the nominee meets eligibility criteria; and
  • describe the difference made by your nominee’s contributions.

Further details:

  • Nominators have the option of uploading a statement or other documentation to the form.
  • Nominations may include quotes or anecdotes from multiple community members.
  • The individual(s) you nominate will be considered for all of the awards for which they are eligible.
  • The more information the committee has, the better the recommendation.
