My name is Katie and I am an Animal Science major with a goal of going to veterinary school. I am also a University Honors student and have loved my time in the program. Not only have I received a broad education through University Honors courses outside of my intended studies, but I have also made lifelong friends with people of many backgrounds through the program. My love for the program and working with others inspired me to join the University Honors Student Board, which has been an honor to be a part of.

 I love bugs, learning new recipes, taking my dog for car rides to get ice cream, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
